Often left out for Santa to munch on, snickerdoodle cookies, containing hints of cinnamon sugar and nutmeg flecks inside a fluffy, chewy vanilla shortbread cookie are one of those holiday delectables that flood our hearts with nostalgia . We are already fluffy so….. we took all that nostalgia and packed it into this pancake and waffle mix!

• Makes 16-18 4″ pancakes/waffles
• You will need: Buttermilk (or preferred milk replacement), eggs (or egg replacers), and melted butter (or choice oil alternative)
