Shipping Policy

When you order from our online store, it is our aim to give you the same level of service we give our in-store customers. Within three days of placing your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. All items will be carefully pulled and packaged by An Honest Room staff and shipped via Canada Post. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.


 Local Delivery- Free for home décor items. For delivery of large scale items, see Furniture and Large Item Delivery, below.


In Store Pick-Up- Free. Select in-store pick-up at check out, you will be notified when your package is ready for pick-up. Your order will be held for 7 days in store while awaiting pickup. If you have not contacted us within 7 days of purchasing, the item/s will be restocked, and a credit will be applied to your account.


General Information

Orders placed after 4 pm MST Monday-Thursday will be sent out within three days of the following business day.

We do not process orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 4 pm MST will be shipped the following Tuesday.

All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.

Furniture and Large Item Delivery

Large and fragile items such as furniture and oversize wall décor are available on our website as In-Store Pick-up Only. This will be indicated within the product details.

If you are a customer located within 200 km of our location, we are happy to offer a delivery service for larger items to be delivered to your address. Please contact us for custom delivery pricing.
